Do I have to sign in to your website to purchase?
You can choose to sign in and save your log in (email address) and password (selected by you) or check out as a guest when you make your purchase. Both options require you to enter your personal details to ensure we can provide you with your goods.
What are your shipping prices?
Collection from Toowoomba, Queensland, is by appointment only and is free.
Delivery in the Toowoomba area is $5.00 flat rate.
We offer standard shipping Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders. We typically ship via Sendle couriers, however, in some instances for rural, regional and remote orders, we will shop via Australia Post.
You can choose to select express shipping, which is via Australia Post and is based on the weight and size of your item/items.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
We generally ship through Sendle Courier or Australia Post and a tracking tracking number will be provided to you so you can keep an eye on your parcel. If you require a signature on delivery, please let us know in the comments section of checkout. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 10 business days from receiving notification that your item has been shipped and we will investigate.
Do you deliver overseas?
Only some of our products are permitted to be sold in countries other than Australia. Please contact us if you wish to purchase and have items shipped to overseas addresses before checking out.
Do you store credit card details?
No. We do not store any credit card details. PayPal is used for secure checkouts if you wish to use credit cards. We also offer payment via bank transfer / direct credit to our bank account.
How secure is your website?
See our terms and conditions for further information. We take reasonable steps to ensure our website is secure and free from viruses and have a current security certificate.
What payments options are available?
Direct debit into our bank account or check out using paypal with your credit or debit cards. We also now offer Afterpay.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do! You can purchase these by clicking here. We email the gift voucher to you or directly to the recipient. Be sure to leave the details of any message you would like included on the voucher at checkout. By emailing the voucher with a unique discount code for our online store, we minimise waste. However, we understand that sometimes a physical voucher is preferred. If so, please contact us to discuss having your voucher printed.
What if I change my mind or my product is faulty - can I return it?
If you simply change your mind we generally don’t accept returns. As many of our products are personal and usable items, we can not resell them. If your product is faulty, please contact us so we can discuss the options available for rectifying this situation for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do! You can select to have your products gift wrapped (brown paper and twine) at checkout. You can also choose to have the delivery address different to the billing address. This means we can ship the gift to your friend and the receipt to you!
